Mayport Jetties 100% Cotton Tee
from $23.99
Way back in 1880s Siren Serena's great great great great Grandfather, F.W. Bruce, moved to Mayport Florida from St. Augustine, Florida, to oversee the construction of the Mayport Jetties. Previously he had been fortkeeper at none other than the Castillo De San Marcos in St. Augustine, but it was time for a new BIG project.
Each gigantic South Carolina Granite boulder had to be perfectly placed, which in 1885 was quite a bit of work!
After the Jetties were constructed, Bruce and his wife Clara retired to south Jacksonville.
Way later on in history, Siren Serena's Grandpa David Bass, had a fishing boat that he kept in Mayport around the 60s & 70s. Many stories were told of "The Perfect Storm" sized waves crashing over the boat, and even the Coast Guard refusing to rescue them at one point because it was too dangerous!
The 100% cotton unisex classic tee will help you land a more structured look. It sits nicely, maintains sharp lines around the edges, and goes perfectly with layered streetwear outfits. Plus, it's extra trendy now!
